is among greatest companies in construction of dams, runways, roads and tunnels with relevant installations and has obtained the Foundation (Bonyad) and basically cooperates with Ministry of Power, Ministry of Roads and Transportation, Ministry of Housing and Urbanization, and Ministry of Oil in infrastructural projects. MELLI SAKHTEMAN Co., highest rank from State Organization for Management and Planning. It is also proud of the fact that this Company undertook continuous implementation of infrastructural projects such as dams, tunnels, railways, airports, refineries, power plants, industrial factories, and high riser buildings.

The valuable experience together with administrative power, skilled labor, multiple equipment and machinery, and considerable financial power increase Company’s capabilities; so that an agreement has been signed between Minister of Power and President of Mostazafan Foundation on construction of 2000 MW and purchasing 1000 MW of available power plants. In this regard, MELLI SAKHTEMAN Co. plays the role of an elected representative of Foundation in fulfillment of that agreement. MELLI SAKHTEMAN Co. enjoys high capability and may implement BOT and BOO projects properly; and if necessary, the Company is ready to establish an agency abroad by cooperation with other companies.

MELLI SAKHTEMAN Co. was established in December 1958 and, exploiting a skilled and experienced staff, using suitable and advanced machinery and equipment, applying a dynamic planning and management, succeeded in taking an important step towards implementing various development projects such as: Construction of dams, tunnels, highways, airports, power plants, refineries, railways, gas and oil transmission lines, industrial factories and other similar projects.
